About

Any Size

We supply two lines of building. Engineered steel kits — garages, workshops, barndominiums, quonset huts, container covers and commercial structures — shipped direct to your site. And wood portable buildings, delivered finished and ready to use.

What we actually do

We are an authorized independent dealer, not a manufacturer. The buildings are produced by our manufacturing partners and shipped direct.

Steel building kits come from a manufacturer with plants across the United States and Canada, so your kit ships from the facility nearest your jobsite rather than across the continent. That is most of why factory-direct pricing works, and it ships nationwide.

Portable buildings are built complete in a shop and trucked to your property finished. Because they travel as whole buildings rather than as freight on a pallet, that line serves a regional delivery area — Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee and Indiana.

Our job is the part between you and that factory: working out what you actually need built, specifying it correctly the first time, getting the engineering stamped for your jurisdiction, and staying reachable through delivery.

Why that matters

Most of the expensive mistakes in a steel building project happen before anything ships. A door ordered two feet too narrow, a sidewall a foot too short, an anchor plan that did not reach the concrete contractor, a permit conversation nobody had with the building department. None of those are manufacturing problems and all of them are avoidable.

We would rather spend an hour on the specification than have you discover the gap after the truck leaves.

How we work

  • We quote in writing. Building, options and freight itemized separately, so you can see what each part costs.
  • We ask for your exact address. Not to market to you — for steel, because wind, snow and seismic values are set geographically and drive the engineering; for portable buildings, because delivery is regional.
  • We will tell you which line fits. A portable shed and an engineered steel building solve different problems. Sometimes the cheaper one is the right one.
  • We tell you when a smaller building will do. Selling you something you did not need is a bad trade for a business that runs on referrals.
  • We stay reachable after the sale. Questions during assembly are normal and expected.
