What we collect

Name, email address and phone number
Delivery ZIP or postal code, and site address where you provide it
Details about the building you are enquiring about
Anything else you choose to include in a message

Our web host also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, as part of operating the site.

To prepare and send you a quote
To follow up about your enquiry
To arrange engineering, production and delivery if you place an order
To meet legal and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to fulfil your enquiry or order — for example our manufacturing partner, the engineer preparing your stamped drawings, and the freight carrier delivering your kit.

Marketing

If we send you occasional updates, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we will stop when you ask. You can also ask us to stop at any time using the contact details on this site.

Retention

We keep enquiry records while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order records are retained longer, because warranty and engineering documentation needs to remain available for the life of the building.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on this site and we will respond.

Cookies

This site uses cookies only where needed to operate properly. We do not currently use analytics tools. If we add them later, this section will be updated to say what they are and what they collect.

Advertising

Most pages carry a sponsored banner served by SikAds, a third-party advertising network. Loading it means your browser contacts that network directly, which necessarily discloses your IP address and the page you are viewing, as any request to an outside service does.

The network records that an advertisement was shown and how long it stayed on screen. It does not receive anything you type into our quote or contact forms — those pages do not carry advertising at all, and the advertising code has no access to form fields anywhere on the site.

We do not share your name, email address, phone number or delivery address with the advertising network or with anyone else for advertising purposes. Browser settings and ad-blocking extensions that stop the banner loading will not affect any other part of this site.
