About this site

This website is operated by Any Size, an authorized independent dealer of pre-engineered steel buildings. We are not the manufacturer. Buildings are produced by our manufacturing partner and shipped direct from their production facilities.

Information on this site

Product information, dimensions, specifications and guidance on this site are provided for general reference. Specifications, availability and pricing can change, and the engineering that applies to your building is determined by your specific site.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price. A binding price and specification comes only from a written quote issued to you.

Guidance is not engineering advice

Our guides cover general principles — foundations, ventilation, code processes and so on. They are not a substitute for engineering, and they are not a substitute for your local building department. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and by site, and only your stamped drawings and your building department can tell you what applies to your project.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Steel is a commodity and pricing moves. Terms of sale — including deposit, payment, lead time, delivery, cancellation and warranty — are set out in your quote and order documents, and those documents govern the transaction rather than this page.

Your responsibilities

Providing accurate site information, including the exact delivery address
Obtaining permits and approvals for your project
Site preparation, foundation design and construction
Offloading the delivery
Assembly in accordance with the instructions and stamped drawings

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text and design, belongs to Any Size or is used with permission. Trademarks belonging to our manufacturing partner and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the warranty provided with your building.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
