Turbine Vents

Wind-driven roof ventilators that exhaust hot, moist air without power.

Turbine Vents — Wind-driven roof ventilators that exhaust hot, moist air without power.

How it works

Turbines are the simplest answer to the condensation problem — they pull warm moist air out of the peak using nothing but wind. Pair them with intake at the low side of the building so there is a path for replacement air, otherwise they cannot move anything.

Key points

  • No electrical connection
  • Reduces summer heat buildup
  • Manages condensation
  • Pair with low intake venting
